PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

Product Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel product subscriptions at any time by contacting us at ultim8designs4u@gmail.com or calling (708) 895-4547
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You will continue to receive products until your paid period expires
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods already paid
  • Pending shipments will be cancelled if cancellation is processed before fulfillment

Service Subscription Cancellations

  • Service subscriptions (wellness packages, coaching programs) may be cancelled at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • Unused sessions may be used until subscription expires
  • Contact us to discuss transferring unused sessions

Appointment Cancellations

  • 24-Hour Notice Required: All service appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost
  • No-Show Policy: Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full service fee being charged

Package and Series Cancellations

  • Service packages may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • After 48 hours, unused sessions in a package may be refunded minus a 20% administrative fee
  • Packages must be cancelled within 90 days of purchase

Consultation Cancellations Priority online consultations may be rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice forfeit the consultation fee.

Subscription Management

  • Pause or skip deliveries by contacting us 5 business days before your next billing date
  • Modify delivery frequency or products by contacting customer service
  • Address changes must be submitted 3 business days before next shipment

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
