PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any delays.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items, package dimensions, and delivery destination. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We offer the following shipping methods:

Economy Shipping (7-10 business days): Starting at $13.99, or FREE on orders $100 and over
Standard Shipping (5-8 business days): Starting at $16.99

HEAVY OR OVERSIZED ITEMS

Fitness equipment and other heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges due to their weight and dimensions. For these items:

Special shipping rates will be calculated at checkout
Free shipping threshold may not apply to certain heavy items
Some items may require freight shipping or special handling
Delivery timeframes may be extended for heavy or oversized items

For very large or heavy fitness equipment, please contact us before placing your order to confirm shipping availability and costs to your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. Please allow 14-21 business days for international delivery. We offer:

Standard International Shipping: $36.50 (14-21 business days)
Free International Shipping: Available on orders $265 and over (14-21 business days)
DHL Express: Calculated rates for faster delivery
USPS International: Calculated rates with multiple service options

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
