Service/Session Cancellation Policy:

If an appointment cannot be made, written or verbal cancellation are expected 48 hours prior to the appointment.  Appointments can be rescheduled within 90 days.  Full payment/deposit for services or fitness coaching are not refundable due to missed or late arrived appointments.  If arriving late, the session duration will be based on the time left, or may be able to  be reschedule. Rescheduling is at the discretion of Ultim8. Hardships (death, severe illness, car accidents, etc.)  will be taken into consideration.
